How many employees do I need to operate the preschool?

Typically, you will need between 16 and 20 full and part-time employees. These staff members include a full-time Director, teachers, classroom assistants/aids, and specialists depending on the ratio required for your state.

Our typical timeline to open can be as short as eight to 10 months for either model you choose, whether a prebuilt preschool or a new early education center.
